The MADE IN PATA-RÂT  workshop began in October 2015 in thr Roma community located in the outskirts of Cluj. Our goal is to beald realtionships with a small group of teenagers by offering weekly creative workshops to teach sewing and basic carpentry. We design and create together, developing original products to sell out of mostly recycled and donated materials. In the long run we hope the workshop will provide an alternative to working on the city's garbage dump, the main source of income of many who live in Pata-Rât.
